TruWeb provides free initial on-site consultations to gather data from your company or organization to establish goals for your Internet presence.  All web development is performed live. This process is useful to your organization in that you will be able to monitor the development of the site and provide feedback and direction. The finished site will also be furnished on CD upon completion.

Template Design:
The Template for each Domain will reflect a contemporary and professional appearance and will include the respective logos and distinct designs that represent your company or organization. Unique templates are designed to reflect the nature of your organization, and provide continuity while promoting a smooth flow of information throughout the website.

Navigation:
Navigation is crucial to the entire website. During this phase, our staff creates directories for all the sections, to be indicated in your requirements. The navigation (links) will be incorporated into the template using JavaScript collapsible menus or dynamic HTML navigation. This will enable the visitor to easily navigate to any section of the website from any page. Completed templates will be inserted into each directory.

Content and Graphic Design:
During this phase, we will be working closely with you to collect the content for the website. Our Web Development Team will be available to meet with you as needed to discuss site layout. Content can also be emailed to us in regular email format or attached Word or other digital documents. TruWeb will only process digital content and graphics that are PC compatible. Our graphic manipulation and design will reflect the nature of the content and include existing digital graphics that you provide. Many graphics on the web are large files, which drastically increase page-loading times. Our graphics are optimized through special software resulting in smaller file sizes without compromising the quality or clarity of the images, therefore delivering faster loading times.

Coding:
TruWeb will optimize the website for search engines by coding each page with keywords and descriptions. In addition, we will install tracking codes for live tracking which is beneficial for gathering data from visitors as to where they go in the site, how they got to the site, what search engines they used, keywords they typed in to find the site, and other valuable tracking data.

Search Engine Submissions:
Upon completion of the website, we will submit your site to the top search engines and directories. Our submission software currently yields successful submissions to approximately 1,200 search engines and directories. We recommend submitting the site monthly to maintain good standings in the search engines. Initial submissions are provided free. Subsequent submissions are $30.00 each.
